About the Role
We are seeking goal-oriented team players to join our energetic team as a Trainee for Sales Support or Technical Support. This is a part-time position ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week. We are looking for energetic, curious, and execution-oriented candidates with a commercial and/or technical background.
Sales Support Responsibilities
Manage and perform administrative tasks in the HubSpot CRM system
Collect, process, and analyze data
Participate in sales and marketing planning
Generate leads and maintain customer contacts
Technical Support Responsibilities
Provide technical support within the RealGame environment
Collect, process, and analyze data
Offer technical assistance, guidance, and support to RealGame users
Demonstrate RealGame to potential users
Requirements
Strong understanding of SCM, operations management, data analytics and business management
Excellent oral and written English skills (knowledge of other European languages is a plus)
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM), sales, and/or technical support is advantageous
What We Offer:
Primarily remote work with occasional on-site days in Helsinki and Turku
Flexible working hours: 20-40 hours per week
This is a paid trainee position with a salary of 1,300 euros per month for a full-time internship
Trainee period: 2-3 months
